📋 Description

• Financial BPO • Accounts payable management: document validation, scheduling and execution of payments • Accounts receivable management: issuing invoices/collections, settlement of receivables and delinquency control • Daily bank reconciliation and classification by cost center/chart of accounts • Preparation and monitoring of cash flow (actual and projected) • Production of monthly management reports (financial position, managerial income statement - DRE, KPIs) • Integration between finance and accounting, ensuring consistency in the accounting close • Classification and posting of accounting documents/entries • Account reconciliations, ledger and trial balance analysis, and support for monthly/annual close • Fixed asset control and depreciation calculation • Preparation and review of statutory filings (ECD, ECF) • Support for audits, inspections and client requests • Support for tax-related activities when necessary, including bookkeeping, tax calculations, statutory filings and verifications.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in accounting/finance performing the activities described • Bachelor's degree in Accounting • Experience using Claude (AI) • Experience with accounting/tax systems and ERPs (Contmatic, Omie and/or Conta Azul) • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
