📋 Description

• Thorough screening of resumes according to the defined profile • Active candidate sourcing (LinkedIn and other channels) • Mapping and identification of suitable talent • Organization of the candidate pipeline and status tracking • Updating systems, spreadsheets, and process records • Direct support to the recruiters responsible for interviews • Meeting deadlines and standards defined by Relou

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine interest in recruitment and selection • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Clear and professional written communication • Responsible, disciplined approach with commitment to deadlines • Comfortable handling large volumes of information • Willingness to learn methods, processes, and quality standards • Previous experience with resume screening or candidate hunting (plus) • Experience with marketing, technology, or digital roles (plus) • Experience in an agency, consultancy, or outsourced HR environment (plus) • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or Boolean search (plus)
