📋 Description

• Edit videos for acquisition campaigns and social content (Reels, Shorts, Ads, etc) • Create motion graphics and simple animations to enhance content • Produce dynamic cuts, eye-catching captions and strong hooks to maximize retention • Collaborate with traffic (ads) and social media teams to develop narratives and creatives focused on conversion • Optimize formats and styles based on campaign results and metrics • Ensure a consistent visual identity and alignment with each brand • Research references, trends and current formats in the U.S. market

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably for ads or social media • Proficiency with editing tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar) • Basic motion design skills and storytelling for ads • Creativity, strong aesthetic repertoire and a strategic eye for content • Organized, proactive, and high capacity for execution • Familiarity with performance metrics and data is a plus • Intermediate English is a plus (reading and comprehension)
