📋 Description

• Develop Performance Marketing and Growth strategies for the agency’s clients • Plan, execute, and monitor paid media and demand generation initiatives • Analyze performance indicators and recommend continuous improvements • Develop customer acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies • Monitor and optimize campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads • Identify growth and account scalability opportunities • Conduct strategic alignment meetings with clients and the internal team • Monitor sales funnels, CRM, and commercial processes • Develop data- and KPI-driven action plans • Lead tests, experiments, and optimizations focused on Growth Marketing • Prepare analyses and recommendations to improve client results • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and operational strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Performance Marketing and Digital Marketing • Previous experience working at a marketing agency • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads • Experience with local businesses and customer acquisition strategies • Knowledge of CRM and sales processes, preferably Kommo • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions • Strategic, organized, and results-oriented mindset • Experience tracking and analyzing marketing and sales metrics • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus • Experience in Growth Marketing is a plus • Knowledge of marketing and sales automation and integrations is a plus • Experience building dashboards and monitoring KPIs is a plus • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization processes is a plus • Knowledge of retention strategies, LTV, and results scalability is a plus
