• Identificar, originar y cerrar oportunidades de negocio vinculadas a Certificados de Ahorro Energético (CAEs) • Desarrollar y gestionar cartera de clientes dentro del ecosistema de eficiencia energética • Generar relaciones estratégicas con industria, instaladores, ingenierías, ESCOs, utilities y otros agentes del mercado • Gestionar el ciclo comercial completo, desde la generación de oportunidades hasta el cierre • Trabajar de forma coordinada con el equipo técnico y regulatorio para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos • Contribuir al posicionamiento de la compañía como referente en el mercado de eficiencia energética y CAEs
• Experiencia directa y demostrable en el mercado de CAEs (requisito imprescindible) • Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, ventas consultivas y/o gestión de grandes cuentas dentro del sector energético • Capacidad para gestionar ciclos de venta complejos y negociación con interlocutores de alto nivel • Muy valorable contar con cartera activa de clientes o colaboradores dentro del ecosistema CAE
• Incorporación a un proyecto en fuerte crecimiento • Posición de alta visibilidad e impacto directo en el negocio • Paquete retributivo compuesto por salario fijo + variable ligado a resultados
