📋 Description

• Build and further develop the Post-Sales Revenue framework • Develop data models and dashboards (e.g., NRR, churn, time-to-value) • Work closely with teams in Customer Success, Service & Support • Manage tooling and data flows in systems such as Salesforce, Jira, Planhat and Looker • Design playbooks and workflows to optimize renewals, cross-sell and expansion opportunities • Produce forecast and performance reports for management and the leadership team • Support the implementation of AI-driven processes to automate reporting and customer communication • Mentor members of the Revenue Operations team to support their professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations or Business Operations • Understanding of the customer journey after contract signing — from onboarding and support to expansion and renewal • Strong analytical skills and experience building and maintaining BI reports and dashboards • Knowledge of CRM and support systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira) • Experience in process design, tooling ownership and change enablement • Strategic and analytical thinking with a pragmatic, result-oriented approach • Business-fluent German and good English skills
