📋 Description

• You build long-term strategic partnerships with hospital clients at decision-maker and management levels • You identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • You develop and implement scalable customer success strategies • You independently manage complex customer relationships • You conduct in-depth usage, impact, and ROI analyses and derive actionable recommendations • You work closely with Product, Sales, Launch, and Data Analytics

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting in a B2B environment • Ideally experience in the eHealth/hospital sector or in digital transformation projects in healthcare • Proven track record managing enterprise or key accounts — ideally in healthcare with a focus on cross- and upselling • Deep understanding of SaaS business models, customer lifecycle management, and churn prevention • Experience communicating with executives at C-level or other decision-maker levels • Confident use of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), reporting, and BI tools • Ability to derive data-driven strategies and communicate complex insights appropriately for the audience • Experience managing complex customer structures and stakeholder landscapes • Analytical, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset • Proactive approach with a focus on customer success and sustainable partnerships • Experience implementing or scaling Customer Success processes
