📋 Description

• Serve as the senior technical reference for the automation area • Define the architectural vision and company-wide automation strategy • Establish the automation operating model, intake process, prioritization criteria, ownership, support model, governance, standards, and lifecycle management • Prioritize the automation portfolio based on business impact, operational risk, effort, scalability, maintainability, and ROI • Define observability, auditability, supportability, and incident-management standards • Establish standards for logs, metrics, alerts, execution history, audit trails, runbooks, ownership, and post-incident reviews • Define AI governance and LLMOps practices, including prompt/version management, evaluation datasets, model selection, hallucination mitigation, human-in-the-loop patterns, access control, traceability, and responsible AI usage • Design reusable automation components, templates, connectors, libraries, golden paths, and reference architectures • Evaluate, select, and govern automation, RPA, workflow, and AI orchestration tools • Establish validated automation flows with reconciliation mechanisms and audit trails • Embed risk, compliance, privacy, segregation of duties, approval flows, and audit controls into automation design • Define architecture, governance, scalability, monitoring, reusable patterns, and operational standards for n8n or similar platforms • Design production-grade AI workflows and agents using RAG, tool usage, multi-LLM integration, evaluations, and human-in-the-loop controls • Define API contracts, integration patterns, and API governance • Govern RPA usage and determine when to use RPA, APIs, workflows, scripts, AI tools, or system integrations • Define when automations should run as scripts, serverless functions, containers, workflows, or platform services • Define and audit development security practices and information management • Establish guidelines for Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and similar AI-assisted engineering tools • Remain hands-on with complex implementations, architectural decisions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support • Mentor and develop technical capabilities across the team • Partner with Product Managers, Process Owners, and business and operations leaders across Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Internal Operations • Drive automation outcomes measured by process efficiency, data quality, compliance posture, cost reduction, and internal user experience

🎯 Requirements

• Academic background oriented toward computer science, engineering, or software development disciplines • Mastery of Python for production-grade code, architectural review, and defining team patterns • Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n • Experience with AI orchestration platforms such as Langflow, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel • Knowledge of RAG, tool usage, multi-LLM integration, evaluations, and human-in-the-loop controls • Experience defining API contracts, integration patterns, and API governance • Advanced AWS cloud architecture for automations at scale, including cost, resilience, and compliance considerations • RPA strategy and governance experience with UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate • Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes-based deployment models • Advanced security and information-management practices • Experience defining responsible AI-assisted engineering practices using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools • FinOps perspective in architectural decisions • Practical experience applying AI frameworks in production projects • Strategic view of automation as a transversal company capability • Technical influence on product, operations, and engineering decisions • Executive communication skills for presenting ROI, risks, and trade-offs to leadership • Mentorship and people-development capability • Deep hands-on familiarity with enterprise platforms, internal operations, and back-office workflows • Strategic understanding of business processes, compliance frameworks, and operational efficiency • Desirable practical familiarity with financial domains such as lending, payments, credit cards, open finance, fraud prevention, merchant acquiring, or investment services • Understanding of KYC/AML, PCI-DSS, GDPR, and translating compliance mandates into resilient systems
