📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of mandatory Quality and Food Safety requirements across the categories' entire supply chain; • Ensure supplier qualification, approval, development and monitoring, ensuring compliance with internal standards, current legislation and global requirements; • Lead risk management processes, audits, action plans and performance indicators (KPIs) of the Quality Scorecard in Supply Chain; • Conduct audits at all plants/factories that produce the category's CORE products. • Serve as a technical reference on quality topics, supporting strategic decisions related to raw materials, processes, supplier changes and innovations. • Coordinate analyses of deviations, non-conformities and complaints, ensuring structured responses and effective corrective actions. • Promote continuous improvement, driving standardization, operational efficiency and strengthening the quality culture. • Represent the Quality function in regional forums, ensuring strategic alignment and consistency in execution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering. • Specific knowledge of Power BI (basic) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Intermediate English. • Advanced Spanish.
