📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and management reports, ensuring clarity, reliability, and a results-oriented focus • Update and monitor performance indicators and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives • Assist in preparing executive presentations for leadership, communicating results, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely • Translate data into actionable insights, facilitating communication with non-technical stakeholders • Support the automation of reports and monitoring routines, increasing efficiency and reducing operational effort • Contribute to the development of the company's data-driven culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in fields such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related disciplines • Experience building dashboards in Power BI • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • Interest in business performance analysis • Interest in connecting data and translating numbers into business decisions • Knowledge of Python • Experience with report and process automation • Interest in progressing to more advanced analytics and new data tools • Strategic thinking and results orientation • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex analyses • Proactivity, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders • Curiosity and a continuous interest in understanding the business
