📋 Description

• Manage contractual relationships with clients and carriers, ensuring compliance with clauses, deadlines and performance indicators (SLAs and KPIs). • Monitor contract terms, expirations, adjustments, triggers and indexers, ensuring conformity with the conditions established in the contract. • Draft, review and track contract drafts, amendments, endorsements and renewals, liaising with the legal team and other stakeholders. • Maintain control and regularity of documentation for carriers, affiliated carriers (owner-operators) and partners, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Monitor contractual non-conformities and apply penalties when appropriate, maintaining formal records and traceability of information. • Perform financial-contractual control, reconciling billing, rates, surcharges, penalties and discounts according to agreed conditions. • Support analysis of chargebacks/deductions and prepare technical disputes grounded in operational data and contractual evidence. • Prepare reports and analyses of contractual performance, providing input for managerial and strategic decision-making. • Generate preventive alerts about risks of contractual non-compliance, contributing to the mitigation of penalties and continuous improvement of operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production/Industrial Engineering or Law (with a strong operational focus). • Postgraduate qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Contract Management or related fields will be considered a differential. • Knowledge of road freight transport legislation: RNTRC, TAC, etc., ANTT. • Fundamentals of commercial and logistics contracts: SLA clauses, penalties, price adjustment and termination. • Familiarity with multimodality and operations in cargo hubs and terminals. • Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis). • Familiarity with TMS (any platform) and fleet management tools. • Experience with transportation of steel products (flat steel, long products, metal products and mill/raw material inputs). • Knowledge of cargo securing (lashing/tie-down) contracts and civil liability in transportation. • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools for generating contractual reports.
