Join us as a Regional Account Manager and play a key role in helping businesses improve their environmental performance while driving commercial success. • As a Regional Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and developing client accounts to maximise turnover and profitability. • You’ll be the face of our company in your region, delivering exceptional service and promoting innovative waste management solutions. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular face-to-face meetings, calls, and emails. • Support clients in improving their environmental performance, focusing on the waste hierarchy. • Monitor account profitability and ensure long-term sustainability. • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Procurement, Customer Service, Sales) to meet client needs. • Handle daily client requests and manage expectations professionally. • Accurately complete administrative tasks in a timely manner. • Promote additional services and innovative ideas to clients. • Expand service offerings and increase revenue through added value. • Maintain and grow relationships with waste and recycling suppliers. • Stay up to date with industry developments and legislation. • Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.
• Proven experience in the Waste Management industry. • A valid UK driving licence. • Strong Health & Safety awareness. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Organised and able to prioritise effectively. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). • Commercially aware and customer-focused.
