📋 Description

• Review project documents, including specifications, fire strategies, and drawings. • Prepare projects for quotation by assessing requirements and system components. • Setting up and finalizing quotations in CRM (Simpro). • Create and revise quotations based on project needs. • Assist with drawing work using AutoCAD and Bluebeam. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate project information and documentation. • Any tasks that may be required as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field • Proficiency in AutoCAD • At least 3-4 years in HVAC or smoke control (priority) or fire control related • CAD and Bluebeam familiarity & Microsoft Office • Edge if he/she knows or an expert on CRMs: HubSpot or Simpro or Epicor • Philippine Board Passer - with updated license: Mechanical Engineer • Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
