📋 Description
• Delivery of Fortinet SDWAN solution to 300+ branch offices across US • Ongoing incident ownership and resolution on Fortinet SDWAN • Root cause analysis and preventative recommendations • Escalation management and vendor coordination • Stakeholder communication
🎯 Requirements
• Fortinet NSE7 or FCSS SD-WAN • Cisco CCNA (CCNP Preferred) • Security+ • ITIL Foundation • Experience NOC operations with a minimum of 5 years • Traditional Cisco WAN and Fortinet SDWAN solution deployment and support • Enterprise Next-Generation Firewalls • Troubleshooting Fortinet deployments • Routing protocols and LAN switching
