⢠Maintain an assigned territory caseload as a case manager ⢠Ongoing management of designated projects ⢠Monitoring ⢠Adherence to protocols ⢠Documentation of case files (electronic and paper) ⢠Database use and ensuring accuracy of collected information ⢠Telephone calls to verify content accuracy and maintain proper phone etiquette ⢠Participation in client consultations ⢠Identify training needs based on monitoring and provide refresher training as required ⢠Provide support and act as a backup for the manager ⢠Client reporting
đŻ Requirements
⢠Minimum 3 years' experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry (or similar) ⢠Bilingual (English and French) required ⢠Project management experience is an asset ⢠Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
