📋 Description

• Ensure the application development team delivers professional, client-focused, high-quality development services. • Provide support and coaching to members of the application development team. • Maintain and continuously improve application delivery methods and standards. • Build and maintain credible professional relationships with key internal stakeholders. • Manage version control, configuration, and defect management activities for all developed code.

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience designing and implementing applications and systems in a development environment. • At least three years of experience in a similar team lead role (or equivalent). • Demonstrable record of ongoing professional development. • Experience leading, coaching, and successfully managing an application or software development team. • Good knowledge of formal change and release management processes. • Experience gathering operational requirements and designing appropriate applications and databases. • Registered nurse license (RN or RPN/LPN) with active registration with the College of Nurses in the province of employment is required. • Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years in healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, or related fields.
