📋 Description

• Answer and resolve patient inquiries within committed time frames • Understand the physical, psychological, and social challenges of specific disease states • Assist patients with drug therapy and pharmacy care issues • Promote drug compliance • Report all adverse events related to drug therapy and pharmacy care • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with physician practices • Participate in the administration of patients' pharmacy care plans • Troubleshoot and resolve patient and payer issues promptly • Work in a team-structured environment to provide support to other healthcare team members • Maintain current notes and documentation related to patients' drug therapy

🎯 Requirements

• Requires a high school diploma • Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare-related call center, physician's office, or social service environment • Preferred education in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations through completion of a two-year associates degree or equivalent experience and education • Strong time management and organizational skills • Attention to detail • Self-motivated • Ability to work independently • Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing • Ability to promote a positive team environment • Strong interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
