• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or healthcare policy; an MBA is an asset. • A minimum of 8–10 years of proven strategic leadership experience. • Demonstrated success in Canadian Health Technology Assessment (HTA) and Market Access. • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. • Extensive knowledge of the Canadian HTA and Market Access processes and stakeholders. • Advanced presentation skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office programs. • Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
