📋 Description

• Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap • Lead continuous product discovery with veterinary practitioners • Translate insights into clear product bets and prioritized backlogs • Define and own outcome metrics for adoption, engagement, and performance • Lead product positioning, launch, and lifecycle management • Incorporate compliance and regulatory considerations into product planning • Mentor product team members and elevate product craft across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive product management experience • Experience with customer-facing or practitioner-facing software • Ownership from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization • Leading product discovery in a clinical or operationally complex environment • Partnering with engineering and design teams • Strong product judgment and prioritization skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical fluency • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
