📋 Description
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the Sage platform • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of existing system architecture and data flows • Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered by users • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues • Develop and deliver training sessions, documentation, and resources • Provide one-on-one and group support to help teams optimize their workflows with Sage • Stay updated on Sage platform updates and communicate relevant changes • Act as the primary point of contact for user feedback • Collaborate with product development teams to advocate for user needs • Monitor usage trends to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and training • Generate reports and insights on platform usage
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field • Minimum 5 years’ experience, preferably with healthcare software applications • Experience working in an Agile environment • Experience using JIRA and Confluence • Experience in MS Office tools including Visio • Experience with data mapping and Healthcare message standards are a plus • Strong user story or use case writing skills and knowledge of design thinking principles.
