📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end client relationships, communication, and campaign delivery • Own client output and follow-through • Blend strategic thinking with daily execution • Apply agency SOPs and workflows consistently • Identify bottlenecks early and leverage modern technology and AI tools to streamline account management and delivery • Monitor account health and campaign performance continuously • Catch potential issues before they impact the client • Start at a fractional capacity of 40 to 50 hours per month • Scale hours as the client portfolio grows

🎯 Requirements

• Background as a Virtual Assistant, Account Manager, or Project Manager • Agency experience managing repeatable daily workflows is strongly preferred • Highly comfortable adopting new systems, software, and AI productivity tools • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across all client and team touchpoints • Solid understanding of modern marketing principles and workflow dependencies • Highly self-motivated, organised, and proactive • Ability to take initiative without needing micromanagement • Prior exposure to or experience within the travel and hospitality industry is a bonus • Dedicated, quiet workspace • Modern laptop • High-speed, reliable internet
