📋 Description

• Support financial stability and operational continuity across a retail pet supply store and horse riding stable • Manage essential back-end financial operations • Execute month-end reconciliations and maintain accurate ledger accounts • Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable transaction processing • Monitor bank transactions and cash flow • Prepare profit and loss statements • Provide strategic financial assistance if hours are expanded • Work closely with leadership to maintain financial accuracy and streamline transaction processing • Establish alignment and operational standards during the initial three-month onboarding period

🎯 Requirements

• Execute month-end financial reconciliations on QuickBooks to maintain accurate ledger accounts • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently • Monitor daily bank transactions to ensure accurate record-keeping and cash flow oversight • Prepare profit and loss statements and provide strategic financial assistance if hours are expanded • Engage actively during the initial three-month busy period to ensure full alignment on operational processes • Maintain consistent email communication and utilize client software systems to fulfill tasks • Work as an independent contractor
