• Client Communication: Field incoming calls and respond to client inquiries with a calm and supportive attitude. • Administrative Support: Prepare and send out invoices, quotes, and other client-facing documents. • Calendar Management: Organize and manage the company’s Google Calendar, scheduling appointments and reminders to ensure smooth daily operations. • Customer Care: Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients who may be experiencing stress or emotional situations, ensuring they feel heard and supported.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working directly with patients. • Familiarity with Zoho is a bonus, but not required. • Experience in client service or administrative roles is advantageous. • Adaptable and comfortable wearing multiple hats within a small team. • Warm and professional manner. • Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail. • Ability to remain calm under pressure. • Willingness to learn, grow, and master new tools is highly valued.
