📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain internal FAIS compliance standards, record-keeping, and regulatory documentation • Execute investment administration, account processing, and portfolio documentation across multiple linked investment service providers (LISPs) • Liaise administratively with external life insurance companies, fund managers, and discretionary investment consultancies • Provide personal assistance, including scheduling, correspondence, meeting preparation, and general office workflow • Conduct qualification, credit, criminal, and reference checks for onboarding or client requirements • Support operational excellence and high-level client service delivery within a financial advisory and wealth management environment specialising in retirement planning

🎯 Requirements

• Proven background handling financial compliance, investment administration, and executive support functions • Clean background check history, including credit, criminal, police clearance, and qualification authenticity checks • Valid driver's licence • Experience within an independent financial advisory (IFA) or wealth management practice (desirable) • Specialised exposure to South African retirement planning administrative processes (desirable) • Must reside in Gauteng
