📋 Description

• Act as an independent representative and decision-maker on behalf of leadership after developing a thorough understanding of business operations • Represent the organisation professionally as a friendly face during client meetings and external communications • Oversee and manage email list operations to ensure smooth communication with the global audience • Support e-commerce operations and assist with online store workflows • Write high-quality written communications and administrative content with precise attention to correct grammar and syntax • Assist with basic social media content creation and posting across channels • Support operations within the online education, publishing, and content creation domains • Explore and implement artificial intelligence tools and workflows to help build and refine internal processes • Adapt dynamically to perform a wide variety of administrative tasks within a flexible, evolving environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record as a dedicated career Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or Administrative Specialist • Practical online or e-commerce experience • Strong independent thinking and sound decision-making capabilities • Excellent written communication skills with high attention to grammatical precision • Interpersonal polish and confidence when speaking directly with clients • Experience with or capability in managing email lists • Enthusiasm for adopting and exploring AI technologies to build and refine operational processes • Practical understanding of basic social media content creation and posting (non-marketer execution level) • Interest in books, publishing, and online education • Interest in marketing concepts without requiring a dedicated marketing background • Knowledge or experience working with Shopify
