📋 Description
• Direct operational delivery and programme execution to translate strategic goals into actionable outcomes • Oversee financial performance, manage operational budgets, and maintain financial guardrails • Lead, mentor, and manage people with performance oversight • Drive implementation and adoption of internal systems, CRM tools, automation, and AI technologies • Manage complex internal and external stakeholder relationships and align priorities across the organisation • Maintain operational stability and calm decision-making during high-pressure execution • Take complete ownership of delivery outcomes • Oversee ongoing delivery, programme execution, and events • Embed seamless operational processes • Work 30 hours per week, mainly UK time in the mornings
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in a senior operations leadership role • Demonstrated ability to lead complex operational environments • Strong commercial and financial awareness • Experience managing budgets and operating within financial guardrails • Confident stakeholder management, including managing up and down • Proven people management experience with performance oversight • Strong organisational skills and exceptional execution capability • Calm, decisive, and comfortable taking full ownership • Experience overseeing delivery, events, or programme execution • Experience implementing or overseeing systems, CRM, automation, or AI adoption • Hands-on CRM implementation experience • GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar configured and rolled out, not merely used • Ability to connect systems using Zapier, Make, or equivalent
