📋 Description
• Providing strategic human resources expertise to support a growing public relations agency. • Focuses on standardising and elevating core internal HR frameworks. • Plays a central part in building structure across the employee lifecycle while driving organizational alignment and performance management. • Centers on establishing robust employment documentation, formalising performance review mechanisms, and embedding career development frameworks across the team. • Standardise employee contracts, onboarding procedures, team development guidelines, and leave documentation. • Establish team member Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align individual outputs with organizational objectives. • Formulate personal growth and individual training plans for employees. • Manage and guide internal labour processes to ensure compliance and fair workplace practices. • Structure and implement the annual performance review process across the agency.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record in human resources consulting or advisory within professional services environments. • Hands-on experience in drafting contracts, setting KPIs, executing labour processes, and establishing performance review procedures. • Capability to operate independently and deliver results within a fully remote setup
