📋 Description
• Systematically follow up on existing leads and "warm" opportunities within the CRM. • Conduct professional outbound calls to Architects, Interior Designers, and Property Developers. • Meticulously update client records, upload relevant documents, and log detailed notes to ensure the sales pipeline is accurate.
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in luxury retail, architecture, or the construction sector would be an added advantage • You are disciplined with CRM Knowledge (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. • You possess a sophisticated phone manner—confident, persuasive, yet never "pushy."
