📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to warm leads, past enquiries, property vendors, and landlords • Qualify leads from Leadrocket and Salesforce and maintain follow-up until leads are booked, qualified, or closed • Secure property valuation appointments via Street CRM • Handle objections, create urgency, and rescue at-risk appointments • Coordinate Viewber appointments and manage viewing calendars • Resolve scheduling overlaps and ensure clear handovers between vendors, applicants, and senior UK sales leaders • Maintain accurate records across Salesforce, Leadrocket, Street, Viewber, and Google Workspace • Record detailed call notes and next steps after every interaction • Respond to internal messages within 15 minutes during shift hours • Work Thursday–Monday from 09:00 to 17:00 UK time, including weekend shifts

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in high-volume outbound telesales, appointment setting, or lead generation • Strong phone-first sales mindset and ability to build rapport over the phone • Availability and commitment to work every weekend on a Thursday–Monday, 5-day shift pattern • Prior experience in UK estate agency, property management, or UK telesales highly advantageous • Excellent spoken and written English • Excellent telephone manner, natural energy, confidence, negotiation ability, and ability to create urgency on calls • Strict adherence to UK GDPR and UK data privacy standards • Availability to start on a 6-month fixed-term contract with full intention to grow into a permanent position • Quiet, private home office free from background noise • High-speed, highly reliable fibre internet suitable for continuous VoIP calling • Robust backup power such as an inverter/UPS and secondary connectivity for load-shedding • Modern PC/laptop, clear webcam, and premium noise-canceling headset
