📋 Description

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with French-speaking customers. • Retain customers who are considering cancelling or changing their services. • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, upgrades, and promotions. • Promote additional services and cross-selling opportunities. • Negotiate tailored solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Build strong customer relationships through a consultative sales approach. • Meet and exceed retention, sales, and quality targets. • Ensure an excellent customer experience during every interaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent French and English (C1/C2 level). • Previous experience in sales, retention, customer service, telesales, or contact centres is highly valued. • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving skills. • Comfortable working with KPIs and performance objectives.
