📋 Description

• Experience as a Customer Service Supervisor or Call Center Supervisor • Proven experience managing teams • Knowledge of service/customer support metrics • Strong communication skills and leadership presence • Comfortable with technology and support systems • Reside in Belo Horizonte or the metropolitan area
