📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with our Customer Success and Product teams • Lead software integration projects and help shape the future of our innovative solutions • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned customer • Map out customers' "as is" and "to be" business processes • Develop and expand your accounts by driving product adoption • Practice value engineering with our customers • Foster team collaboration and help increase team expertise

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in the B2B SaaS industry (or related business), preferably in the domain of Enterprise Resource Planning or Product Lifecycle Management • Experience in the packaging industry is a plus • Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into business value • Strong communication skills including written, analytical, presentation, and verbal • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment • Strong customer- and goal-orientation with a high degree of initiative and motivation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (additional language skills are beneficial)
