📋 Description

• Run product demos and technical discovery with buyers and partners • Answer technical questions within one working day • Complete security questionnaires and the technical sections of proposals • Show that the product fits, covering architecture, deployment and integration options • Bring customer feedback and feature requests back to the product team • Use Claude or a similar AI assistant every day for technical research, questionnaire answers and proposal writing • Explain complex technology simply and build buyer trust • Follow up on technical questions and take ownership of the technical side of every deal

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field • Excellent spoken and written English • 3+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering or technical account management • Confidence running live product demos for technical and non-technical buyers • Working knowledge of cloud and on-premises deployment, identity and single sign-on, and security questionnaires • Familiarity with video, AI or document-processing software is a plus • Experience automating routine work with AI, such as reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space for calls (required for remote applicants) • Legally authorized to work in Pakistan
