📋 Description

• Analyse Plan vs. Forecast vs. Actual financial data to provide an accurate, current view of the IT organization’s financial position • Develop financial KPI analyses by IT domain, function and cost type to improve cost transparency and comparability • Support budgeting and forecasting cycles with accurate, timely financial data and analytical inputs • Monitor financial performance and identify variances, trends and developments for financial steering • Provide financial analyses and cost transparency to Portfolio and Performance & Insights for discussions and decisions with IT domains • Participate in financial discussions by explaining analyses, variances and cost developments • Maintain reliable financial reporting inputs and data quality for consistent, timely financial insights • Collaborate with Portfolio colleagues, Performance & Insights, IT domain stakeholders, and the Financials & Analytics manager and team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, business analysis, controlling or a comparable analytical finance environment • Experience working with financial data, including budgeting, forecasting and Plan vs. Forecast vs. Actual analysis • Strong Excel skills for analysing, structuring and interpreting financial data • Ability to analyse financial KPIs and cost structures to identify variances, trends and relevant insights • Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for financial and non-financial stakeholders • High data quality and analytical accuracy when preparing financial reporting and planning inputs • Experience leveraging AI, intelligent automation, workflow technologies or low-code platforms
