📋 Description

• Overall responsibility for the strategic direction and development of quality assurance in the e-prescription and telematics infrastructure domain. • Ensure that software solutions meet the highest quality standards. • Lead a cross-functional QA team and develop test strategies. • Establish sustainable quality processes across the entire end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to operation. • Serve as the central interface between Product, Engineering, Operations and external partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in software quality assurance, ideally in complex or regulated environments. • Experience leading and developing teams and managing cross-functional initiatives. • Solid understanding of test strategies, test automation and end-to-end testing. • Experience handling regulatory requirements and standards, ideally in the eHealth or telematics infrastructure (TI) environment. • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to capture and manage complex relationships in a structured way. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at multiple levels. • High degree of ownership, strategic thinking and the ability to drive initiatives proactively. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Business-fluent German and very good English.
