📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end digital prescription journey from prescription capture and health insurance card scanning through checkout and order confirmation • Drive product strategy and experimentation using customer insights, analytics and A/B testing • Identify opportunities to apply AI, personalisation and intelligent recommendations to enhance customer value and basket growth • Partner with Engineering, UX, Pharmacy, Legal, Commercial and Data teams • Define measurable product outcomes and translate business goals and customer feedback into a product roadmap • Focus the roadmap on conversion, Rx order growth and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering customer-facing digital products within eCommerce, marketplaces or consumer technology • Proven commercial impact • Experience working in complex, regulated environments • Strong experience with product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing and conversion optimisation • Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex or similar technologies for discovery, prototyping and delivery • Ability to balance customer experience, compliance and business objectives • Experience within healthcare, pharmacy or other regulated industries is a plus
