📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end digital prescription journey from prescription capture and health insurance card scanning through checkout and order confirmation • Drive product strategy and experimentation using customer insights, analytics and A/B testing • Identify opportunities to apply AI, personalisation and intelligent recommendations • Partner with Engineering, UX, Pharmacy, Legal, Commercial and Data teams • Define measurable product outcomes and maintain a roadmap focused on conversion, Rx order growth and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering customer-facing digital products within eCommerce, marketplaces or consumer technology • Proven commercial impact • Experience working in complex, regulated environments • Strong experience with product analytics, experimentation, A/B testing and conversion optimisation • Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex or similar technologies for discovery, prototyping and delivery • Experience within healthcare, pharmacy or other regulated industries is a plus
