📋 Description

• Lead the evolution of the Enterprise Release Management process • Establish standardized governance, release calendars and best practices across Enterprise Systems • Coordinate complex cross-functional releases with Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project & Delivery Managers, delivery teams, QA teams and external partners • Facilitate Go/No-Go decisions • Manage dependencies, risks, approvals and implementation planning • Ensure stakeholders have transparency into release readiness • Introduce standards, templates and documentation in Jira and Confluence • Continuously improve release maturity, reliability, standardization and coordination • Support future automation and modern release practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Release Management, IT Delivery, Service Management or Project Management within complex Enterprise Systems environments • Experience coordinating releases across ERP platforms such as D365 F&O, AX, SAP or similar • Understanding of cross-system dependencies without owning the technical deployment • Experience with Jira, Confluence and structured release governance • Ability to align business and technology stakeholders around common release objectives • Ability to create structure, challenge existing ways of working and build collaborative relationships
