📋 Description

• Create graphic assets for online and offline media (social media, enrollment campaigns, email marketing, printed materials, billboards, brochures, and signage); • Produce promotional materials for unit and network campaigns (events, extracurricular courses, and institutional programs); • Layout educational and institutional materials; • Apply and uphold the brand visual identity across all materials, following the Rede Decisão Brand Guide; • Adapt assets for different formats and channels; • Respond to requests from the Communications and Marketing team based on structured briefs, meeting deadlines and approval workflows; • Organize and maintain design files in an accessible and standardized manner.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating work for social media and printed materials; • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); • Knowledge of editorial layout and pagination; • Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency; • Good communication, organization, and discipline in meeting deadlines; • Availability to work as a contractor (PJ), with the ability to issue invoices.
