📋 Description

• Serve as a Red Hat subject matter expert at customer sites, addressing technical, developmental, and strategic IT requirements • Impact customer software specifications, designs, testing, and deployment of open source solutions through practical delivery • Respond professionally and flexibly to customer challenges, project escalations, and process exceptions • Work with Red Hat project teams while balancing technical implementation and delivery with customer expectations • Complete the Red Hat Consulting Launch Program for early career consultants • Learn tools and technologies through Red Hat enablements and apply existing knowledge in a professional setting • Gain practical experience with Red Hat technologies and solutions through in-person training • Apply foundational skills to a first customer project • Manage problems as a practical contributor in a team-based Red Hat Consultant and customer environment • Deliver complex solutions to real-world problems and become a trusted customer advisor • Continue learning through training, certifications, and Consulting-specific enablements • Deliver customer projects as a technical contributor specializing in Red Hat technologies and software development principles • Build internal and external networks through communities, customers, meetups, and other opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate • Knowledge of backend software development methodologies, frameworks, and development principles • Eagerness to learn backend software development, IT automation, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure • Ability to solve real-world problems by understanding customer needs and constraints and applying technology • Well organized in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Comfortable with heavy collaboration • Ability to interact directly with customers across roles and organizations • Ability to clearly communicate technical and non-technical concepts • Ability to learn quickly, grow, and adapt to new skills
