📋 Description

• Promote adoption of Red Hat solutions for customers using technical expertise, software development skills, and soft skills • Serve as a Red Hat subject matter expert at customer sites • Address customers' technical, developmental, and strategic IT requirements • Impact customer software specifications, designs, testing, and deployment of open source solutions • Respond professionally and flexibly to customer challenges, project escalations, and process exceptions • Work with Red Hat project teams while balancing technical implementation, delivery, and customer expectations • Complete the Red Hat Consulting Launch Program • Apply learned skills to customer projects and manage problems in a team-based environment • Deliver complex solutions to real-world customer problems • Deliver customer projects as a technical contributor specializing in Red Hat technologies and software development principles • Expand internal and external professional networks

🎯 Requirements

• Recent graduate • Knowledge of backend software development methodologies, frameworks, and development principles • Eagerness to develop skills in backend software development, IT automation, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure • Well organized in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Comfortable with heavy collaboration • Ability to interact directly with customers across roles and organizations • Ability to clearly communicate technical and non-technical concepts • Ability to learn quickly, grow, and adapt to new skills
