📋 Description

• Implement automated, containerized cloud application platform solutions with a focus on infrastructure concerns including networking, storage, virtualization, security, logging, monitoring, and high availability and system resilience • Serve as a subject matter expert on site, addressing technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs • Learn new technologies and apply those concepts to customer needs • Adapt to changing customer requirements • Manage problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of complex open source solutions • Respond to incidents, escalations, and exceptions in a professional manner • Deliver quality results both on-site and post-engagement that are on time and within the scope of the assigned project, including project journals, status reports, and other standard documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience working in a consulting role • Excellent customer-facing skills; ability to present to customers and lead customer interactions • Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies on a delivery level • Experience implementing container technologies in an enterprise setting and with enterprise-wide deployments • Knowledge of one or more Red Hat’s infrastructure solutions like Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) or Ansible Automation Platform • Experience onboarding applications and application teams onto cloud or container platforms introducing DevOps, continuous delivery (CD) and application lifecycle management • Understanding of the open source community • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and planning skills • Willingness to travel across the region • Excellent written and verbal language skills in German and English
