📋 Description

• Develop relationships with key business and IT stakeholders and become an expert on customers’ implementations • Perform technical reviews and proactively identify and prevent issues • Advise customers on technology changes, potential service disruptions, and mitigation strategies • Provide guidance on current and future Red Hat products • Troubleshoot technical issues and drive escalations with Red Hat and customer teams • Analyze and present periodic operational performance reviews to customer leadership • Manage customer use cases and maintain clear case documentation • Create customer engagement plans and update customer-environment documentation • Deliver attentive, relationship-based support and grow customer relationships • Build customer trust and advocate for customers within Red Hat • Share knowledge and best practices internally; contribute to projects and initiatives and mentor in designated technical or process areas • Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Support teams to debug, test, and resolve issues • Travel as necessary to visit customers and attend regional events • Learn technologies including container orchestration, container registries, container build strategies, and microservices on container platforms • Maintain parity with Red Hat cloud technologies strategy • Develop solution patterns with product engineering teams to drive platform adoption • Engage field teams, customers, and partners to support successful cloud technology outcomes • Communicate how Red Hat cloud solutions and roadmap align with customer use cases

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a support, development, engineering, or quality assurance organization • Expertise with enterprise cloud solutions including OpenShift, containers, Kubernetes, Red Hat CloudForms, and Ansible Automation Platform • Ability to manage and grow existing enterprise customer relationships through proactive, relationship-based support • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely • Competent comprehension of enterprise architecture and strategic business drivers • Ability to manage multiple issues and projects with attention to detail • Direct experience with a variety of hardware vendors • Experience in system management, cloud, or server virtualization is a plus • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related discipline is preferred • Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) is a plus • Prior technical leadership or mentorship experience is a plus • Experience with training and presentation delivery is a plus • Good verbal and written communication skills in French are a plus
