📋 Description

• Drive adoption of Red Hat solutions with telco service provider customers, network equipment providers, and system integrator partners • Align customer requirements and use cases with solution capabilities through in-person and remote interactions • Own the architecture, design, and successful delivery of large-scale telco cloud platforms built on OpenShift and automation frameworks • Deliver discovery, analysis, and design workshops influencing customer use cases and architecture decisions • Lead consulting teams through customer pilot and production deployments • Create and deliver content enabling pre-sales, consulting, and support teams to scale Telco solutions • Collaborate with product business units, product engineering, consulting, support, and sales • Develop repeatable methodologies and tools to scale services capabilities and lower delivery risk • Produce white papers and webinars and speak at industry conferences • Design distributed OpenShift platforms across core and edge • Design CNF/VNF onboarding and lifecycle management workflows • Build automated deployment and operations pipelines using ZTP, GitOps, and Ansible • Integrate customer network and IT systems, including legacy OSS/BSS • Develop architecture-driven Statements of Work, effort estimations, and service scoping

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications or other network-related Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent industry certification • Deep knowledge of modern telco networks and protocols and their implementation in software-based solutions • Deep knowledge and experience designing and delivering cloud and automation technology for telco network platforms via distributed cross-functional teams • Broad and deep technical experience and hands-on skills with OpenShift, OpenStack, Software Defined Storage, and Ansible Automation in a telco network environment • Strong background in consultative customer engagements with a major software vendor, systems integrator, network equipment provider, or telco services provider • Flexible, creative, solution sales mentality and ability to work in a complex innovative environment with diverse cross-functional teams and multiple products and services • Ability to self-study and quickly learn and apply new technologies • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English and French • Extensive experience presenting to C-level executives at large firms
