📋 Description

• Oversee global/local license applications (e.g., VASP, EMI, MSB, or regional crypto/fintech licenses). • Ensure compliance with financial regulations in key markets (South America, UAE, UK, Canada, etc). • Develop and execute a scalable business strategy to drive adoption of Web3 payment solutions. • Identify and pursue new revenue streams, including B2B and B2C opportunities. • Establish partnerships with blockchain networks, fintech firms, banks, and merchants. • Define and execute a compelling marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility. • Build and lead a high-performing executive team.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience with leadership expertise in fintech, payments, or blockchain. • Proven track record in securing financial licenses (crypto, payments, or banking). • Strong background in business development, partnerships, and marketing in Web3 or fintech. • Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, and digital payment ecosystems. • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
