📋 Description

• Serve as the local director, ensuring full adherence to regulatory and legal requirements. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local regulators, policymakers, and financial industry bodies. • Oversee licensing applications and renewals, working closely with the Legal team. • Guarantee all operations comply with local laws and company policies. • Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with banks, payment processors, and financial institutions. • Collaborate with the Product team to optimize payment channel integrations and performance. • Nurture relationships with existing partners drive long-term collaboration and growth. • Lead initiatives to increase user acquisition, market share, and revenue for RedotPay’s offerings. • Work with the Operations team to enhance local service delivery and customer satisfaction. • Conduct market and competitor analysis to uncover expansion opportunities. • Develop and execute local go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, payments, banking, or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Deep expertise in local financial regulations and compliance (payments/fintech industry). • Proven success in business development, strategic partnerships, and scaling operations. • Strong background in brand management, marketing, and public relations. • Established network with banks, regulators, payment providers, and industry leaders. • Fluency in English.
