📋 Description
• Co-manage and co-lead the company alongside the business co-founder • Define and implement the technical and product roadmap • Architect and oversee the development of a scalable AI purchasing assistant solution • Build and lead a high-performance engineering team and foster a culture of innovation • Identify and apply emerging technologies to drive product differentiation • Make core decisions on infrastructure, stack, security, and scalability • Collaborate on fundraising, product positioning, and investor discussions • Establish best practices in software delivery, DevOps, and code quality
🎯 Requirements
• Proven track record: 3+ years of leadership experience in startups (as CTO, VP Engineering, or similar) • 5+ years in software development, ideally in B2B or SaaS • Experience building products from scratch (ideally MVP → scale-up) • Solid understanding of AI technologies and architecture (LLMs, NLP, etc.) • Strong grasp of current software trends, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices • Experience with agile product development and cross-functional team leadership • Entrepreneurial mindset with a founder’s sense of ownership and urgency • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills • Fluency in both Polish and English
