📋 Description

• Co-build an early-stage startup focused on physical AI and robotics automation • Design, source, adapt, and integrate hardware for physical AI automation • Architect and build robotics automation solutions • Leverage Physical AI models to automate processes and optimize operational efficiency in real-world hardware-driven environments • Define the technology stack, software/hardware architecture, and product scalability roadmap • Monitor robotics, AI, and automation trends • Translate customer feedback and market needs into technical requirements • Establish a culture focused on code quality, ownership, rapid iteration, and high execution standards • Establish hardware-software co-development workflows, robotics CI/CD pipelines, simulation-to-real testing frameworks, and safety and data compliance standards • Collaborate closely with the Lead Physical AI/Machine Learning Engineer to integrate intelligent software with hardware solutions • Shape the company's hardware and technical strategy from the ground up

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in robotics or automation companies • At least 3+ years of hands-on robotics engineering experience • Experience designing, prototyping, sourcing, and adapting hardware • Experience with mechatronics, kinematics, sensor integration, embedded systems, and control systems • Strong background in hardware and robotics engineering • Experience building scalable physical automation platforms and deep-tech architecture from scratch • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Fluent Polish and English, spoken and written • University engineering or master's degree in automation, robotics, or mechatronics • Knowledge of electrical engineering, electronics, and mechanical engineering principles • Ability to write code in dedicated environments • Nice to have: understanding of Physical AI / Embodied AI and hardware challenges • Nice to have: deep-tech, AI, or engineering-driven startup background • Nice to have: industrial PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming • Nice to have: 3D design and robot simulation software (CAD)
