📋 Description

• Guide each customer through RWSC’s Ultimate Fit Experience • Recommend appropriate accessories and educate customers on their benefits • Generate industrial sales leads • Achieve and exceed daily productivity and sales goals • Maintain sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards • Maintain proficiency in product knowledge, technical standards, and operating standards through continuous learning • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and legal regulations • Provide direct support in daily retail store operations • Maintain knowledge of RWSC’s electronic communication software • Establish, follow, and enforce organizational quality system standards • Uphold Red Wing Shoe Company’s core values • Perform additional duties as required • Conduct oneself according to RWSC policies • Build collaborative relationships with key people

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience • Must be age 18+ within 30 days of application • 1-2 years relevant experience • Results oriented • Effective written/verbal communication • Computer utilization • Thorough knowledge of Red Wing Shoe Company’s mission, values, and organization structure • Profit and loss knowledge • Problem solving • Retail footwear knowledge • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Ability to bend/squat to lace shoes, perform overhead lifting, twisting, and climb a ladder • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to perform housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, mopping and waxing floors, washing windows, using disinfectant chemicals, discarding trash, maintaining recycling, and installing and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and displays • Satisfactory background check • Must work in a drug-free workplace
