📋 Description

• Leadership role on projects: Manage customer executive-level contacts • Assist in solution design, complex configuration, and resolving issues • Escalation and resolution for project issues (design, config, testing, timeline, etc.) • Manage up to 5 direct reports • Manage up to 3-5 projects at one time • Create "to-be" business process designs that meet customer requirements and provide for dynamic management of freight • Work with the customer executives to manage delivery of solutions on time and within budget according to all business requirements identified for the project • Perform solutions design, including directing other team members and identification of mitigation strategies for project-related issues • Perform business process and functional audits and provide suggestions to improve the use of Oracle Transportation Management, OTM, to meet the customers needs • Assist with analysis and tool development to improve transportation planning at the operational and tactical level

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Information Systems • 7-10 years of Supply Chain experience • 5-10 years of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) experience • Ability to work independently • Willing to travel 50%
